Living Witness Books is the house for the work. The first book is The Living Promise.

I write as a Greek Orthodox Christian whose roots are connected to the Holy Land and whose inheritance carries the voices of the Syriac Christian world. I also write as an Australian, as a husband and father, as a man who has known disability and trial, and as a witness to events that changed the direction of my life.

The search that became this book began in the mountains of Lebanon at Easter 1977, at the village and monastery associated with Saint Charbel. I was eleven years old. A man in a wheelchair stood. Golden flakes drifted through the air. That moment did not give me a complete theology. It gave me a reason to search.

My father had accepted work in the United Arab Emirates alongside his brother Elijah. My brother and I were carried from Australia to an English Orthodox boarding school in Jabel, Lebanon. From those white mountains the questions followed me for more than forty years of study, prayer, investigation, family memory, and scientific work.

My specialist work in DNA and biophotonic spectrum analysis trained me to look closely at signatures, measurements, patterns, and the difference between what an observation shows and what a person concludes from it. Facts matter. Sources matter. Accurate names matter. Then the witness must speak.
